Duleep Trophy: Abid Mushtaq's Five-Wicket Haul Leads North to Dominance

Abid took five wickets for 39 runs, dismantling the West Zone batting lineup, which was bowled out for 187 after starting at 31 for two. Shams Mulani was the standout performer for West, scoring 52 runs. By the end of the day's play, North had reached 107 for 4, holding a 171-run lead with Ayush Badoni contributing 39 runs.

Abid's performance included crucial dismissals, notably that of West captain Ruturaj Gaikwad, who was out after misjudging a delivery. The match also saw East Zone dominate North East Zone, with East scoring 467 runs and bowling out North East for just 111 runs.
