Dustin May to Start Game 4 of World Series for Brewers
The Milwaukee Brewers have selected Dustin May to start Game 4 of the World Series against the Tampa Bay Rays as they pursue a sweep.
The announcement was made on Tuesday, just hours before the game, which is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET. May, who is 29 years old, has recorded a 5.63 ERA and a 1.25 WHIP over eight innings in four postseason games this year, striking out five batters.
May joined the Brewers on August 3 from the St. Louis Cardinals before the trade deadline and has made 10 appearances during the regular season. The Brewers are looking to secure their first World Series title in franchise history, while May previously won a championship with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2020.
