Eagles Add RB Jaydon Blue to Practice Squad

The Philadelphia Eagles have signed running back Jaydon Blue, who was previously with the Dallas Cowboys, to their practice squad.

Blue, 22, was unexpectedly released by the Cowboys despite showing potential. He was a four-star recruit who committed to Texas and entered the NFL Draft after three seasons. The Cowboys selected him in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, where he signed a four-year contract valued at $4.627 million, including a signing bonus of $427,068.

During his time with the Cowboys in 2025, Blue participated in five games, rushing 38 times for 129 yards and scoring one touchdown, while also making one reception for five yards.
