Eagles' Landon Dickerson to be Placed on Injured Reserve
The Philadelphia Eagles have announced that left guard Landon Dickerson will be placed on injured reserve due to a knee injury.
During an appearance on WIP’s Players Lounge Show, Dickerson revealed that he has a bone bruise in his right knee. He expressed regret over his performance in the recent game against the Commanders, stating that he felt like a liability on the field.
Dickerson noted that he had previously indicated he should not play until fully healthy and mentioned that he had sustained the injury during practice weeks ago. After undergoing imaging, it was determined that the best course of action would be to place him on IR to ensure proper recovery for the remainder of the season. Drew Kendall, a fifth-round pick, may step in to fill his position.
