Eagles' Makai Lemon Misses Practice Due to Hamstring Injury

Makai Lemon, a rookie wide receiver for the Eagles, was absent from practice on Tuesday due to a hamstring injury and has not participated in the remainder of the week's sessions.

This injury follows a similar issue Lemon faced during the spring. Head coach Nick Sirianni addressed the situation at a press conference, emphasizing the team's priority is to ensure Lemon's health before returning to play. He noted that Lemon is actively engaged in meetings and walkthroughs despite his absence from the field.

Additionally, fellow wide receiver DeVonta Smith is also dealing with a hamstring problem this week. However, Smith's experience alleviates concerns about his readiness for the upcoming game against the Commanders on September 13. The Eagles will benefit from having both players fully participating in practices.
