Eagles May Trade Cornerbacks Ringo and Bennett Before Season Start

Zach Berman from The Athletic highlighted both players as candidates for trade, noting that Ringo, a fourth-round pick, did not secure a starting position last season and is now primarily a depth player. He is in the final year of his contract, which could make him a trade option.

Bennett, who also finds himself in a similar situation, was unable to claim a starting role despite opportunities last year. Both players were drafted in 2023, with Ringo selected at No. 105 and Bennett at No. 104. The Eagles have strengthened their secondary this offseason, creating a potential market for teams in need of cornerback depth. General manager Howie Roseman has a history of making roster adjustments when beneficial opportunities arise.
