He had a challenging rookie year, appearing in only five games and finishing with 129 rushing yards, one touchdown, and a single reception.

Despite his speed, demonstrated by a 4.38-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine, Blue struggled to make an impact in Dallas, leading to questions about his maturity and reliability. The Eagles now hope to develop his potential as he competes for a promotion within the NFC East.
