Eddie Jones, the coach of Japan's rugby team, has shared an unconventional coaching technique involving videos of geese flying in formation. This approach comes as Japan prepares for their second Test against Australia following a narrow defeat of 35-32 in Osaka.

In anticipation of the upcoming match in Townsville, Australia, Jones has made five changes to the lineup, including the selection of university student Yoshitaka Yazaki and Shunsuke Uenobo, who will make his first start at centre. Jones noted that the team's support play was lacking in the previous game, prompting him to draw inspiration from nature.

He explained that the lead goose represents the ball-carrier, emphasizing the importance of support players following the lead. Australia, under new head coach Les Kiss, secured their first victory despite facing an early red card. Jones expressed determination for Japan to improve and perform strongly in the next match.
