Elfyn Evans Maintains Third Place at Rally Finland Amidst Crashes

Elfyn Evans is currently in third place at Rally Finland, despite experiencing a roll with his Toyota during Saturday's stages. Meanwhile, Sebastien Ogier was taken to the hospital after crashing out while leading the race.

Ogier and his co-driver Julien Ingrassia were involved in a significant accident on stage 17, where their vehicle collided with trees after running wide on a corner. Both drivers exited the car without assistance and were transported to the hospital for evaluation, remaining conscious and in stable condition.

Sami Pajari, who recently secured his first rally victory in Estonia, took over the lead and is ahead by 46.4 seconds over his teammate Oliver Solberg. Evans, who is seeking his first World Rally Championship title, managed to secure third place after achieving the fastest time in the final stage of the day, moving ahead of Adrien Fourmaux from Hyundai.
