ESPN Reporter Faces Beetle Challenge at Rams Camp
During a live report at the Los Angeles Rams camp on Thursday, ESPN reporter Lindsey Thiry faced an unexpected challenge when a large beetle disrupted her segment.
As Thiry prepared to go on air at Loyola Marymount University, the beetle flew into the frame, prompting her to attempt to swat it away. After a brief struggle, she managed to knock the insect to the ground and continued her report without further incident.
Following the event, ESPN's Molly McGrath humorously shared a replay of Thiry's encounter, prompting Thiry to describe the beetle as the largest bug she had ever seen. This incident follows another recent occurrence where a KTLA reporter dealt with a cockroach during a live broadcast.
