Everton Defeats Newcastle 3-1 to Advance in Carabao Cup

Everton achieved a convincing 3-1 victory against Newcastle in the Carabao Cup, advancing to the quarter-finals set to take place against Fleetwood Town.

The match saw Everton take the lead with a goal from James Garner, followed by Hayden Hackney scoring his first goal for the club. Thierno Barry added a third goal after halftime, showcasing Everton's dominance. Despite Newcastle's 28 shots on goal, they only managed to score in the 88th minute through Dan Burn.
