Factor Launches SpongeBob SquarePants Edition Bike at Tour de France Femmes
Factor has unveiled a SpongeBob SquarePants edition of its Factor One bike, which is now available for purchase on their website. This unique design will also be featured in the ongoing Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift.
The race will showcase two distinct versions of the bike: one inspired by SpongeBob SquarePants, ridden by Human Powered Health, and another representing Patrick Star, used by Ma Petite Entreprise. This marks a shift from the men's Tour de France, where Factor did not sponsor a team this season.
Factor aims to merge the worlds of elite racing and pop culture with this design, which is a collaboration with Mighty Jaxx. The XXRAY Plus design, created by artist Jason Freeny, presents the characters in a unique anatomical style. The SpongeBob edition is currently available for an additional $300 on the base price of $7,599, while the Patrick Star version is not yet for sale.
