Falcons Acquire Jaeden Roberts from Waivers

The Falcons have claimed offensive guard Jaeden Roberts off waivers after he was released by the Eagles.

The Atlanta Falcons announced the acquisition of offensive guard Jaeden Roberts off waivers on Tuesday. Roberts was previously waived by the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday.

Having spent four seasons at the University of Alabama, Roberts went undrafted in 2026 and subsequently signed with the Eagles as a college free agent in May. During his collegiate career, he started 37 games, including the 2023 season under Falcons offensive coordinator Tommy Rees.

In recent roster moves, the Falcons have made several changes, including releasing inside linebacker Troy Andersen, signing defensive end Cameron Sample and running back Trey Sermon, activating right tackle Jawaan Taylor from the active/PUP list, and waiving wide receiver Le’Meke Brockington and linebacker Malik Verdon due to injuries.
