Fernando Alonso has rejected media speculation about his involvement in next year's Dakar Rally. The rumors emerged ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix, suggesting that he would participate with support from Aston Martin.

Previously, Alonso competed in the Dakar Rally in 2020 while on a break from Formula 1, finishing thirteenth overall. He noted that managing both the demanding Formula 1 season and the Dakar Rally would be nearly impossible.
