Ferrari Management Urged to Address Hamilton-Leclerc Clash After Italian GP

Former Formula 1 driver Juan Pablo Montoya has suggested that Ferrari's senior management should intervene after a collision between Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc during the Italian Grand Prix at Monza.

The incident occurred on the opening lap of the race, where Hamilton attempted to overtake Leclerc, resulting in Hamilton going into the gravel and dropping to 10th place. Leclerc later crashed into the barriers on the second lap after losing control while defending against McLaren's Oscar Piastri.

Montoya emphasized the need for team principal Fred Vasseur and higher management to facilitate a discussion with both drivers before the upcoming Spanish Grand Prix. He noted that respect between teammates is crucial, especially following the challenging race where Hamilton fell behind in the drivers' standings.
