Recent FIDE ratings have been influenced by the Sinquefield Cup and Cairns Cup held in Saint Louis, with Magnus Carlsen maintaining his position as the world number one despite not competing in classical games last month.

Hikaru Nakamura and Fabiano Caruana have exchanged places, with Nakamura inactive and Caruana losing Elo points due to his performance in the Grand Chess Tour events. Javokhir Sindarov remains fourth after a slight gain, while Wesley So's strong showing at the Sinquefield Cup resulted in a significant Elo increase, allowing him to surpass Vincent Keymer.

Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu emerged as the most successful player of the Grand Chess Tour season, climbing to eighth place after winning the Finals. In women's rankings, Tan Zhongyi won the Cairns Cup and gained Elo points, while Humpy Koneru and Vaishali Rameshbabu experienced rating losses.
