Finlay Tarling, 19-Year-Old Cyclist, Dies in Crash at Volta a Portugal

Finlay Tarling, a 19-year-old British cyclist, passed away on Friday due to injuries sustained in a crash during the Volta a Portugal. The incident occurred on stage 8 of the race when Tarling collided with a vehicle that was not affiliated with the event.
