Flávio Bolsonaro's Whereabouts Uncertain After Passport Cancellation
Flávio Bolsonaro, who recently lost the Brazilian presidential election, has sparked confusion regarding his location after Brazil revoked his passports. Argentine migration authorities reported that he crossed the land border into Argentina late on Tuesday night.
Following his border crossing, Bolsonaro, along with his wife and two daughters, boarded a private flight to Guayaquil, Ecuador. The flight was operated by Baires Fly S.A. and left Puerto Iguazú shortly after their arrival, with tracking data indicating it later headed towards the US.
Earlier, US officials confirmed that they would issue visas to Bolsonaro and his family if requested. The situation escalated after Brazil's Supreme Court ordered him to surrender his passports amid an investigation into alleged money laundering, which he has denied. Despite the turmoil, Bolsonaro has not publicly commented since Monday.
