Former New Day Debuts in AEW All In, Claims Trios Titles
The team previously recognized as The New Day in WWE made their AEW debut during the AEW All In event held at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.
In their inaugural match, they emerged victorious as the new AEW Trios Champions, now competing under the name The New Level. Kofi Kingston and Austin Creed, alongside former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland, entered the Trios Roulette Royal as the final team. The match began on the Buy In pre-show, with their entrance occurring shortly after the main event commenced.
Prior to their entry, the remaining competitors, including Orange Cassidy, Jay White, and Hangman Page, faced significant challenges in the ring. Strickland was introduced first, followed by Kofi and Creed, who made their entrance to A$AP Ferg’s New Level. The match followed battle royal rules, requiring individual eliminations. Kofi showcased his signature elimination avoidance techniques, reminiscent of his past Royal Rumble performances. The match concluded with Strickland eliminating Gabe Kidd, while Kofi and Creed simultaneously eliminated PAC and Claudio Castagnoli, securing the championship titles.
