Former Yankees Player Questions Aaron Judge's World Series Expectations

The New York Yankees concluded their season with a sweep by the Tampa Bay Rays, prompting discussions about the team's shortcomings.

While Aaron Judge highlighted the expectation of aiming for the World Series each year, former teammate Anthony Rizzo argued that such expectations may no longer be justified. Rizzo emphasized that the Yankees have not consistently demonstrated the ability to reach the World Series, suggesting a need for a shift in focus towards improving their overall gameplay.

Rizzo's comments reflect a broader sentiment that the Yankees should prioritize refining their performance rather than adhering to lofty expectations without recent success.
