Frankie Muniz Shares Plans for NASCAR in 2027
Frankie Muniz, the actor-turned-racer, has announced his intention to race in NASCAR in 2027, although he may not compete full-time. His 2026 season has been eventful, as he missed several races in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series while driving for Reaume in the No. 33 Ford.
During this time, Muniz also pursued a title in GT4 America, which he secured alongside co-driver Tyler Stone in the Am Class after achieving three wins. This marked his first professional racing title, a significant milestone in his two-decade racing journey.
Muniz expressed his commitment to racing, stating he feels he has unfinished business in NASCAR. He acknowledged the challenges of the series and his desire to improve. While he is currently exploring his options for the upcoming season, he confirmed he will be involved in the NASCAR Truck Series next year, whether part-time or full-time, and hopes to continue with his current team.
