Fremantle Coach Supports Assistant Jaymie Graham Amid Coaching Prospects
Fremantle coach Justin Longmuir has expressed his support for assistant coach Jaymie Graham, who is currently involved in the coaching selection processes at Carlton and Essendon while continuing his role with the Dockers.
Graham is on the shortlist for head coaching positions at both clubs and is seen as a potential senior coach, having previously coached at St Kilda and West Coast, as well as leading the WAFL side East Perth in 2018. With both clubs expected to announce their new coaches by the end of the season, Graham may need to balance his current responsibilities with future opportunities.
Longmuir emphasized his trust in Graham's ability to manage both roles effectively, noting their strong working relationship over the past several years. He acknowledged Graham's readiness for a head coaching position while also expressing a desire for him to remain with Fremantle through the current season.
