Gabriel Bortoleto Anticipates Long-Term Tenure with Audi F1 Team

Gabriel Bortoleto, a Brazilian driver for Audi's Formula 1 team, expects to remain with the team for several seasons, having secured a long-term contract. He joined the team in 2025 during its final season as Sauber and has since scored 29 points across two seasons.

Bortoleto's performance includes a notable ninth-place qualification at the Belgian Grand Prix, where he finished eighth, contributing to Audi's points tally. He emphasized his belief in Audi's long-term project, which team principal Mattia Binotto has discussed in the context of ambitions extending to 2030.

While Bortoleto confirmed his own contract status, he noted uncertainty regarding teammate Nico Hulkenberg's future. He expressed satisfaction with their working relationship and acknowledged his significant development as a driver since his rookie season.
