Gabriel Jesus Transfers to Barcelona from Arsenal for £8.6m

Gabriel Jesus has officially transferred from Arsenal to Barcelona in a deal valued at £8.6m (€10m). The Brazilian forward has signed a contract with the Catalan club that extends until June 2029.

During his time at Arsenal, Jesus scored 32 goals in 123 matches after moving from Manchester City for £45m in 2022. His previous season saw limited play, with only three Premier League starts due to a knee injury sustained in January 2025.

Despite this transfer, Barcelona's interest in Julian Alvarez remains unaffected, as the two deals are considered separate. Additionally, Arsenal confirmed the sale of Fabio Vieira to Hamburg on the same day, with that transfer worth £7.7m.
