Geelong Extends Contracts for Key Players, Including Jeremy Cameron

Geelong has extended the contract of star forward Jeremy Cameron until 2028, along with securing deals for several other players, including Jhye Clark and Jack Martin.

Geelong Football Club has announced a contract extension for star forward Jeremy Cameron, extending his deal until the end of 2028. The 33-year-old, despite facing shoulder and arm injuries this season, has managed to score 39 goals in 16 games.

Cameron has achieved a career total of 775 goals across 296 games with Geelong and GWS, earning accolades such as a premiership in 2022 and multiple All-Australian selections. Alongside Cameron, former first-round pick Jhye Clark has secured a two-year contract following a strong performance as a small defender.

Additionally, veteran forward Jack Martin has been signed for another season, having played 17 games and scored 22 goals in 2026. The club has also secured contracts for young players Joe Pike and Jesse Mellor until the end of 2027.
