Georgia Bulldogs' Isiah Canion Ruled Out Against Alabama Due to Injury
The No. 2 Georgia Bulldogs are facing injury challenges as they prepare for their game against the No. 6 Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday.
Starting wide receiver Isiah Canion has been ruled out for the matchup after missing the previous two games due to a leg injury sustained during a game against Arkansas. This decision was confirmed in a Friday update, extending his absence to a third consecutive game.
Canion's absence compounds the Bulldogs' offensive issues, as they are also missing Thomas Blackshear due to an upper-body injury and running back Chauncey Bowens. Additionally, offensive lineman Marcus Harrison and defensive players Amaris Williams and Tyriq Green are unavailable. Alabama is also dealing with its own injury concerns, with several players ruled out or questionable for the game.
