Giants' Cam Skattebo Faces Security Delay Before Sunday Night Football
New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo encountered difficulties entering MetLife Stadium before the Sunday Night Football game against the Dallas Cowboys. The security team did not initially recognize him as the team's starting running back.
Skattebo was seen waiting in a truck around 5:50 p.m. ET, ahead of the scheduled kickoff at 8:20 p.m. ET. After some time, he was allowed to enter and make his way to the locker room, much to the relief of the coaching staff.
In the game, Skattebo played a pivotal role in the Giants' 28-20 victory, rushing for 81 yards and scoring one touchdown. Following his touchdown, he celebrated with a backflip, showcasing his enthusiasm and energy, which had been missing from the MetLife crowd for years. He expressed his intention to continue entertaining fans with unique celebrations throughout the season.
