Glasner Takes Responsibility for Nottingham Forest's Defeat at Crystal Palace
Nottingham Forest manager Oliver Glasner acknowledged his team's 3-1 defeat against Crystal Palace, describing the match as a crazy contest during his return to Selhurst Park.
Forest initially took the lead with a goal from Dan Ndoye within the first five minutes. However, despite creating several chances, they could not extend their advantage. Palace equalized through Daichi Kamada and took the lead just before halftime with a goal from Jefferson Lerma. Yeremy Pino added a third goal for Palace shortly after the hour mark.
After the match, Glasner noted that his team failed to capitalize on their opportunities, stating they created many chances but could not convert them. He expressed that the players put in a strong effort, and while the result was disappointing, he believed the performance could build confidence moving forward. Nottingham Forest's next match is against Arsenal, while Crystal Palace will face Lyon in the Europa League.
