Gold Coast Delists Jamarra Ugle-Hagan, Plans to Re-Draft
Gold Coast has made the decision to delist key forward Jamarra Ugle-Hagan, although they plan to select him again in the upcoming AFL draft scheduled for next month.
Ugle-Hagan was among several players facing uncertainty as the Suns finalized their roster ahead of the list lodgement deadline on October 31. Reports indicate that he has agreed to a one-year contract extension, but his position in the AFL will not be confirmed until November 20.
Ugle-Hagan had a clause in his 2026 contract that would have automatically extended his tenure with the Suns had he played more games; however, he only participated in three matches. The Suns are currently managing a tight roster, having recently welcomed new players while parting ways with several others, including Ben King and Nick Holman.
