Gravel Worlds Competitors Showcase Advanced Bikes for 150-Mile Race
With a prize pool of $150,000 at stake, competitors in the Gravel Worlds feature race are optimizing their equipment for the 150-mile challenge. The event is set to take place in Nebraska, where professional cyclists are showcasing their advanced bikes.
Among the participants, Jones will test his unique 32-inch wheels, equipped with deeper-rimmed wheels and 50mm Schwalbe G1RS tires. His setup includes Shimano Dura Ace hoods and brakes, an XTR rear derailleur, and a 48-tooth Wolftooth chainring. He plans to carry as much water as possible during the race.
Schreurs, last year's runner-up, aims to improve her podium position this year with a focus on aerodynamics. Her bike features aero Roval wheels and Pathfinder tires, along with SRAM Red XPLR AXS components and a Specialized S-Works Power Mirror saddle.
