Green Bay Packers Consider Trade Targets Ahead of Deadline
The Green Bay Packers are looking at potential trade targets as the NFL trade deadline approaches on November 10. PFF’s Bradley Locker highlighted 15 candidates, with six identified as possible fits for the Packers, who currently hold a 3-2 record after their recent victory over the Chicago Bears.
Among the candidates, wide receivers make up half of the options. Marvin Harrison Jr. is no longer available after being traded to the Houston Texans. Other notable players include Johnston, who has a significant salary commitment, and Ridley, who has struggled since joining the Titans. Pollard, an efficient runner, could be a viable option if the Packers decide to upgrade their backfield. Additionally, Sieler and Cook are considered for their defensive and offensive line capabilities, respectively, with Cook being the most financially feasible option.
While the Packers have a chance to enhance their roster, there is no confirmation that they will pursue any trades at this time. The team is evaluating its needs as the deadline approaches.
