Greg Van Roten Visits New England Patriots

The New England Patriots are evaluating veteran offensive lineman Greg Van Roten during his visit on Thursday.

According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, Van Roten, who has played the last two seasons with the New York Giants, started every game during that time. He began his NFL career as an undrafted free agent with the Green Bay Packers in 2012 and has also played for the Carolina Panthers, New York Jets, Buffalo Bills, and Las Vegas Raiders, totaling 148 games and 105 starts.

This offseason, the Patriots signed Alijah Vera-Tucker, who is anticipated to start at guard alongside Mike Onwenu.
