Gryan Miers Will Not Join West Coast in 2027, Agent Confirms

Gryan Miers, a forward for Geelong, will not be joining West Coast in 2027, as confirmed by his manager, Liam Pickering of Bravo Management. Miers had been linked to the Eagles following a recent medical visit, but Pickering stated that a move to West Coast is not happening.

Pickering emphasized that while Miers is unlikely to play for any team other than Geelong next year, he did not completely rule out the possibility of another club expressing interest. Consequently, West Coast is now considering other options, including Trent Rivers from Melbourne, who has been encouraged to explore his opportunities despite being under contract.

The Eagles' inability to secure deals for both Miers and Rivers has led them to also express interest in Rivers' teammate, Jack Viney.
