GUNTHER Skeptical of Danhausen's Cursing Abilities
WWE wrestler GUNTHER has publicly expressed skepticism regarding Danhausen's reputed cursing abilities, which have gained traction since Danhausen joined WWE in 2026. GUNTHER shared his views during an interview on the Complex Graps Wrestling Podcast, where he compared the belief in curses to the myth of Santa Claus.
Despite Danhausen's popularity and his association with the New York Knicks during their 2026 NBA Championship run, GUNTHER dismissed the idea of curses as mere fantasy. He stated that such beliefs only hold weight if one chooses to believe in them, a sentiment he does not share.
In the same interview, GUNTHER reflected on his childhood, asserting that he never believed in Santa Claus, despite his mother's attempts to convince him otherwise. Both GUNTHER and Danhausen, however, found success at SummerSlam, with GUNTHER defeating Nick Aldis and Danhausen winning against Dominik Mysterio.
