Haas F1 Team Prepares for Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort
The TGR Haas F1 Team is set to continue its 2026 FIA Formula 1 World Championship campaign with the Dutch Grand Prix at Circuit Zandvoort, following a three-week summer break.
This race marks the return of Formula 1 to Zandvoort, a venue that has a rich history dating back to the late 1940s. The Dutch Grand Prix was last held in 1985 before being revived in 2021, largely due to the popularity of driver Max Verstappen. This year's event will be the last under its current format, as it will leave the calendar after the season.
The Zandvoort circuit features a combination of historic and modern elements, including fast corners and unique banking at key turns. The event will also introduce the F1 Sprint format for the first time, adding to the excitement of the weekend. Team Principal Ayao Komatsu expressed enthusiasm for the race, noting the challenges of the circuit and the need for the team to perform well from the start. Drivers Ollie Bearman and Esteban Ocon shared their eagerness to return to racing after the break, highlighting the vibrant atmosphere created by fans at Zandvoort.
