Harrison Biggins Thrives at Newport County Under Hayden Mullins
Harrison Biggins has transformed into a vital player for Newport County in League Two, following a difficult period at Shrewsbury Town. Currently, he is preparing for his 13th appearance of the 2026-27 season as Newport faces Colchester United.
After making only nine appearances last season with Shrewsbury, Biggins joined Newport on loan in January, helping the team avoid relegation before signing permanently last summer. He has since made 30 appearances in League Two, contributing significantly to the team's performance.
Under the guidance of manager Hayden Mullins, Biggins has been recognized for his hard work and versatility on the field. His leadership qualities are evident as he aims to inspire younger teammates through his actions. Newport has shown improvement this season, remaining unbeaten at home and keeping three clean sheets, a stark contrast to their struggles last season.
