Hornets' Kon Knueppel Makes Progress Toward Season Debut

Kon Knueppel, selected by the Charlotte Hornets as the No. 4 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, is making strides toward his season debut after suffering a hamstring injury during training camp.

On Thursday, Knueppel practiced with the Hornets' G League affiliate, the Greensboro Swarm, while the team is on a brief road trip. This assignment allows him to continue his recovery and prepare for a return to the main roster.

The Hornets have struggled with their three-point shooting, ranking 25th in percentage, and Knueppel's return is anticipated to enhance their offensive capabilities, particularly in three-point shooting, where he previously excelled as a rookie.
