Hunter Henry Named NFLPA Community MVP for Week 6
The NFL Player Association announced on Friday that Hunter Henry, a tight end for the New England Patriots, has been honored as their Community MVP for Week 6.
This recognition follows Henry's organization of the second 'Freedom to Play' ping pong tournament in collaboration with International Justice Mission, which raised over $220,000 to fight human trafficking and slavery. The event included participation from several of Henry's teammates.
In recognition of Henry's efforts, the NFLPA will contribute $10,000 to the International Justice Mission. Additionally, Henry will be eligible for the Alan Page Award at the conclusion of the 2026 season, alongside other weekly MVPs.
