Tight end Hunter Henry has secured a two-year contract extension with the New England Patriots, extending his tenure with the team beyond the 2026 season.

Henry, who has been with the Patriots for five seasons, had a productive year with 60 receptions for a career-high 768 yards and seven touchdowns. This agreement allows him to remain a key player in the offense as quarterback Drake Maye continues to grow.

Originally drafted by the Chargers, Henry has accumulated 455 catches for 5,295 yards and 47 touchdowns over his ten-year NFL career. The extension is reportedly worth $16 million, with the potential to reach $20 million, including $14.5 million guaranteed and a signing bonus of $4.2 million.
