Iga Swiatek won her first WTA Tour title of 2026 by defeating Elena Rybakina 6-2, 6-3 in the final of the National Bank Open held in Toronto on August 13, 2026.

The match saw Swiatek, seeded seventh, break Rybakina's serve early and take the first set in just 29 minutes. She continued her strong performance with another break in the second set, finishing the match in 75 minutes.
