Injury Updates for Arsenal's Hincapie and Saliba Ahead of Gameweek 7

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has provided injury updates on players Piero Hincapie and William Saliba ahead of Gameweek 7, as the team prepares for UEFA Champions League matches this week.

Hincapie sustained an ankle injury during a warm-down after Arsenal's recent victory over Leeds United, and his condition appears to be more serious than that of teammate Martin Zubimendi, who is also injured. Both players will miss the upcoming match, with further scans scheduled to determine their recovery timelines.

Saliba, dealing with a back injury, is not expected to return soon, with Arteta indicating that he is still several weeks away from being fit for selection. Saliba has been gradually increasing his training load, but his return remains uncertain.
