Inter Milan Signs Curtis Jones from Liverpool for £30m

Inter Milan has completed the signing of Curtis Jones from Liverpool in a transfer deal valued at £30m, which includes additional performance-related payments.

The agreement consists of an initial fee of £25.7m, with potential add-ons of £4.3m. Jones, who is 25 years old, has signed a contract with Inter that extends until 2031. Liverpool has also included a 10% sell-on clause in the transaction.

Previously, Liverpool had rejected a verbal offer of £21.7m from Inter in June, as they valued Jones at around £35m due to his status as an academy graduate with one year remaining on his contract. Jones, who debuted for Liverpool in 2019, made 228 appearances for the club, but faced challenges in securing a regular starting position last season.
