International Court of Appeal Addresses Briatore's Bias Claim

The International Court of Appeal has released a statement regarding Flavio Briatore's allegations of bias against the judges involved in Case ICA-2026-06-07-08-09.

The FIA Courts clarified that the selection and involvement of judges in this case adhered to established FIA judicial procedures, which align with high standards such as the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest in International Arbitration. Judges are elected by FIA General Assemblies and must meet independence and confidentiality requirements, including annual disclosures of interests.
