Isack Hadjar Aims to Improve Race Pace in F1 Season

Isack Hadjar has expressed his determination to enhance his performance as the 2026 Formula 1 season progresses. The young driver, who has recently joined Red Bull, believes there is significant room for improvement, especially in race pace.

During the season's first half, Hadjar has shown promise, trailing Max Verstappen by an average of 0.237 seconds in qualifying. However, he acknowledges a larger gap of 0.490 seconds per lap in race pace, which he aims to address. Hadjar noted that while his one-lap performance has been strong, Verstappen's race management is on a different level.

Hadjar's feedback aligns with Verstappen's, which he finds reassuring. Despite facing challenges at the Hungarian Grand Prix, where he struggled to find a comfortable setup, Hadjar remains focused on improving his skills and contributing to the team's overall performance.
