Jackson Voss Secures Train-On Spot with Hawthorn
Jackson Voss, a standout player from Frankston, has earned a train-on position with Hawthorn following his impressive performances in the VFL.
The 25-year-old has been on the verge of joining the AFL but has yet to secure a spot on any team roster. This summer presents a significant opportunity for him as he trains with the Hawks, aiming for a supplementary selection period position.
Voss, who plays as a halfback, was recognized as the best and fairest for the Dolphins this season and was named in the VFL Team of the Year. Despite being close to being drafted during the mid-season, he remained unselected. Voss is the son of former AFL player Brett, who played for Brisbane and St Kilda. Hawthorn is also offering train-on spots to recently delisted players Flynn Perez and Max Ramsden as they prepare to finalize their roster after the upcoming draft in November.
