Jacob Devaney Joins Hibernian on Loan from Manchester United
Jacob Devaney, a 19-year-old midfielder from Manchester United, is set to join Hibernian on a season-long loan, with the option for the Edinburgh club to secure a permanent transfer.
Devaney previously captained United's Premier League 2 team and made 18 appearances for St Mirren, where he scored once and assisted another goal. He has also participated in pre-season matches for United, including a notable performance against Rosenborg.
Hibernian's head coach David Gray praised Devaney's technical skills and eagerness to develop, while sporting director Malky Mackay noted the interest from other clubs and highlighted Devaney's prior experience in the Scottish Premiership.
