Jade Cargill's WWE Journey Leads to Potential Move to Raw

After a series of championship losses on SmackDown, Jade Cargill may be headed to Raw for new opportunities and rivalries.

Jade Cargill has faced challenges in the WWE SmackDown women's division throughout 2026, failing to secure any championships after losing the WWE Women’s Championship to Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 42. Following this defeat, she has been unsuccessful in three additional title opportunities.

Cargill, who joined WWE in September 2023, previously held the AEW TBS Championship for 508 days and has won the Women’s Tag Team Championship twice. Her reign as WWE Women’s Champion lasted 169 days before ending in April 2026. Since then, she has participated in several high-stakes matches, including a ladder match for the interim WWE Women’s Championship.

With her current storyline on SmackDown reaching a standstill, a transition to Raw could provide Cargill with fresh matchups and storylines. The current Women’s World Champion on Raw, Stephanie Vaquer, along with other competitors, could offer Cargill the opportunities she seeks to engage in more dynamic wrestling matches.
