Jaelan Phillips Misses Panthers Practice Due to Injury
The Carolina Panthers announced that linebacker Jaelan Phillips was a non-participant in their Wednesday practice, which was a walkthrough session. This absence is attributed to a hamstring injury he sustained early in the previous game against the Philadelphia Eagles, although he managed to return later in that match.
Alongside Phillips, linebacker Thomas Incoom was also listed as out due to a calf injury. Several players, including running back Chuba Hubbard, linebacker Devin Lloyd, right tackle Taylor Moton, and tight end Darren Waller, were given rest days.
In contrast, quarterback Bryce Young, running back AJ Dillon, offensive tackle Monroe Freeling, and linebacker Bam Martin-Scott were all full participants in practice. Dillon and Freeling did not play in the last game, while Martin-Scott is awaiting activation from injured reserve.
