Jai Arrow Honored in NRL Match as Souths Face Titans
The NRL has made an exception to its rules, allowing Jai Arrow to briefly play for South Sydney in their match against the Gold Coast Titans, his former team. Arrow, who is facing retirement due to motor neurone disease, will start the game before being substituted for Cameron Murray.
As Arrow takes the field, he is accompanied by Cody Walker, and the crowd shows their support as he walks out to the song You'll Never Walk Alone. This appearance is part of a plan to ensure Arrow reaches 100 games with the Rabbitohs.
In addition to this tribute, the day's matches include a top-four clash between the Roosters and Dolphins, and the Cowboys aiming for a finals spot against the Tigers. The NRLW features the Titans hosting the Raiders, the Roosters facing the Sharks, and the Cowboys taking on the Knights.
