Jalen Suggs to Miss Two Weeks with Knee Injury
Jalen Suggs of the Orlando Magic has been diagnosed with a mild bone bruise on his right knee and is expected to be out for at least two weeks, as announced by the team on Monday.
Suggs sustained the injury during a layup attempt in Sunday's game against the New York Knicks, which resulted in him needing assistance to leave the court. This injury adds to the Magic's growing list of sidelined players, including Paolo Banchero.
The Magic secured their first victory of the season against the Knicks, and in the three games prior, Suggs averaged eight points, 5.7 assists, and five rebounds per game. The team will face the Toronto Raptors in two upcoming games on Wednesday and Friday.
